temat bardzo ciekawy i wymagający eksploracji. Mam wrażenie, że w Polsce nie istnieje ani metodyka nauczania prawa ani też jego dydaktyka. Zapraszam na stronę openlaw.pl, gdzie staramy się przekazać nasze doświadczenia.

Szanowny Panie, dziękuję za słowa zachęty. openlaw.pl jest mi znane (nawet chyba podlinkowałem na podstronie dla seminarzystów Państwa przewodnik cytowania literatury fachowej). Chyba jest nas więcej zainteresowanych sposobami kształcenia, niż się wydaje. Przy okazji – efektem współpracy kilku zainteresowanych jest takie coś: http://www.ksiegarnia.difin.pl/prawo-podreczniki/47/prawo-prywatne-w-przykladach-i-zadaniach/2258 Testujemy na studentach doświadczalnych w Opolu i Krakowie.
